"The advantage specialty retailers have over a larger retail store is a personal relationship with the customers. The one-on-one approach gives the smaller shops a competitive edge. Showing the store owners how to leverage that relationship and creating a true "shopping experience" every time the client comes in the store will help encourage loyalty." says Kathleen Ellis. On Wednesday, June 25 at the Valley Forge Convention Center, Kathleen Ellis will present "Display & Design for the Specialty Retailer", a workshop designed to demonstrate how to involve all the senses for a unique shopping experience. This will lengthen the client's stay making it easier to build a solid customer relationship.

Kathleen will also be presenting "Smooth Transitions: From Primitive to Trendy" -a session designed to provide shop owners with suggestions incorporating the trendy styles of today along side the primitive styles they built their business upon.

"Tried and True Marketing Strategies to Fit Any Budget" by Rhonda Hebbard of Luxor Events & Marketing will introduce buyers to some new and creative marketing ideas that have proven successful for specialty retailers. Rhonda has a background in marketing for major retail and distribution, as well as for smaller, privately held companies and she is an entrepreneur who truly understands the value of marketing on a budget. She will deliver promotional and branding strategies for cost conscious and creative business owners.

Since 1989, Market Square, Inc. has positioned itself among the elite in design and show presentation. Our service-oriented management is the key to our success and we are dedicated to producing quality wholesale markets that are unlike any other in the nation.
